Here we come a caroling

Here we are a caroling among the ---well you get the idea!

This is my Korean daughter. She was here for Christmas and we all enjoyed her playing and she enjoyed playing along with me on the piano while we all sang carols.
This is my opera major nephew and his mother( my SIL) leading us in singing.....we could be a post card, don't you think?--Notice my left little finger in its splint....it didn't seem to prevent me from playing the piano....

This is so cool. We've always tried to have our own musical performances in the home. We have a group that meets regularly to perform for each other and even the kids with their permanent Ipods enjoy it.

Really nice to see you all around the piano!! I have also a piano, but am missing the vilonist... and the singers!

We enjoy times around the piano at our house. Our youngest daughter who is now 25 and married plays the piano and is actually our church pianist.

I did notice the splint - but was impressed that you still faced the music!!!

I have always wanted to have a musical evening like that, but alas... we are not a musical family and nobody plays any instruments. I sing in a chorus for an annual variety show, but I can only sing in a group, no solos!

Hi, Mrs. O'Laughlin! This is Laura Peters. Shannon showed me your blog, and I'm trying to add it as a favorite. I can't figure it out, though. Do you know how to do it?

Family gatherings are always the finest part of the holidays if not every part of the year. Brings back great memories. :-)
